Return policy
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made as you agreed to the terms at that time of purchase.
Returns:
1. Deadline: You may return your product within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after 14 days.
2. Conditions: Your product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
3. Exclusions: Some products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons, for example, underwear, lingerie, pantyhose and certain health products are excluded from return.
4. Starting the process: If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@auzamo.com with the order number, reason for return, possibly a photo of the product if it is damaged, and your contact information.
Refund:
Procedure: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you email informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 days and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method
Late or no refund: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account. If you have not yet received your refund, please contact us via email at info@auzamo.com
Fees:
Return shipping costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend tracking your return shipping as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
Exceptions:
Defective or Incorrect Products: If you have received a defective or incorrect product, we will always send you a new product at no additional charge. Should it fail the second time, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation:
Orders cannot be returned after they have been placed due to our automated system.
